A Connected World: Field Service Insight Report 2016

We have just published our latest industry report looking at some of the challenges facing field service managers as they review options for applying technology within their organizations.  While preparing the report it was found that 67% of responders were planning on implementing a large change management initiative, and clearly applying new technology is a big component of these programs.

 

The report is titled "A Connected World" and is prepared in four chapters.  

  • Service operations, and how to drive efficiency through the entire organization. 
  • Field Workforce and how mobility is impacting service delivery
  • Customers and how to balance service delivery and operational costs.
  • Analytics and how to leverage data to gain insights for improving business performance.
